Tuesday 1st December 2015
Three WILSAR volunteers attended the Wessex Model Toy Collecters’ annual charity night at The Kings Arms in Melksham. The club, co-founded by WILSAR’s own Kendo White, has been running for over 30 years and nominated WILSAR as one of their charities for this year.
The evening included a buffet, quiz and a charity auction in which WILSAR’s Mark and Charlie both beat fierce competition to win model cars and books! The evening’s takings will be added to monies raised throughout the year and a cheque presentation is planned for early 2016. Thank you WMTC!!!
