Welcome to WILSAR
Lowland Search and Rescue teams exist to search for missing persons or the vulnerable, and items such as evidence in a criminal case.
Part of the Association of Lowland Search and Rescue
Searches can be conducted in urban or rural areas and will normally be initiated by the Police.
WILSAR primarily cover the County of Wiltshire, but we also regularly assist neighbouring teams in Hampshire and Berkshire and will assist ANY Search organisation requesting help if at all possible.
We are a non-profit making organisation and rely on our own fundraising, along with donations and sponsorship from the public and companies.
